3rd Party Management Company for Norchester Subdivision - Update April 2024
The Norchester NMF Board of Directors has selected the company, DTA Community Management Services, Inc., to replace High Sierra Management, effective April 1, 2024. Information on this change is described below, including signing into the portal account for Norchester.

(DTA offers a homeowner portal to the Members of Norchester Maintenance Fund.)
All owners' account balances are now uploaded into DTA's Norchester homeowner portal to view. If you have a balance on your account, a statement has also been mailed to you. Please visit your Norchester Maintenance Fund Homeowner Portal at https://dta.cincwebaxis.com/nrch to view and pay the balance of assessments or any other fees on your account by May 31, 2024. Your payment may also be mailed. If you have not registered for the homeowner portal, please do so.
Homeowner Portal Registration
· Use a web browser to visit your owner portal at: https://dta.cincwebaxis.com/nrch
· Click “Register” on the top right side of the page.
· Complete the information and click submit.
· You will receive an email from CINC Systems (donotreply@cincsystems.com) that should go to your email inbox. If you do not see it within 24 business hours, please check your junk or spam folder. Click the link in the email and set your password. You will now be able navigate the homeowner portal to pay your assessments, submit ACC applications for exterior improvements or modifications, review any HOA governing documents and other HOA documents or contact us for any HOA needs or concerns.
Mobile App Registration
· We have a user-friendly mobile app that can be downloaded from the Play Store for Samsung or App Store for iPhone. Our mobile app is called DTA Community Management. If you have not registered for your app and would like to do so, please download the app, and follow the below instructions.
· Click the register tab to create a new account.
· Fill out the requested information, your account number is not needed. Then hit submit.
· You will receive an email from CINC Systems (donotreply@cincsystems.com) that should go to your email inbox. If you do not see it within 24 business hours, please check your junk or spam folder. To Make an Online Payment:

· Click “Pay Assessments” on your portal dashboard. Your property information will be auto filled.
· Scroll down to e-check (free) or credit card (3% bank fee) - Choose which one you would like to use.
· This will take you to the payment screen. Choose “A one-time payment” tab and proceed to making your payment.
To Make a Payment by Mail
· Mail payment directly to the Association’s bank lockbox address listed below. Your payment will be posted to your HOA account the same day the bank posts it. All payments are to be made out to Norchester Maintenance Fund, Inc. Include your account number/address on the memo portion of your check.

2019 Annual Assessment Payment Information (old comments)
Payments for the 2019 annual assessment fees will be processed by High Sierra for this year. Mailings should be in your hands now or within a few days (as of 12/27/2018). There are specific instructions included with the mailing on the options and how to make a payment. For your convenience, some of the instructions are repeated below. In general, for Sections 1, 2, and 3, the fee is $500 per lot. For Section 4 (South) the fee is $412 per lot.
2020 Annual Assessment Payment Information (old comments)
Payments for the 2020 annual assessment fees will be processed by High Sierra this year. Mailings should be in your hands by November or December of 2019. There are specific instructions included with the mailing on the options and how to make a payment. For your convenience, some of the instructions are repeated below. In general, for Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 (NS) the fee is $550 per lot. A second adjacent lot for the same owner is $275.
2021 Annual Assessment Payment Information (Old Comments)
Payments for the 2021 annual assessment dues will be processed by High Sierra.. Mailings should be in your hands by November or December of 2020. There are specific instructions included with the mailing on the options and how to make a payment. For your convenience, some of the instructions are repeated below. In general, for Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 (NS) the fee is $600 per lot. A second adjacent lot for the same owner is $300.
2022Annual Assessment Payment Information (Old Comments)

There are specific instructions included with the mailing on the options and how to make a payment. For your convenience, some of the instructions are repeated below. In general, for Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 (NS) the fee is $650 per lot. A second adjacent lot for the same owner is $325.
2023Annual Assessment Payment Information (2024 is the same.)
Payments for the 2023 annual assessment dues will be processed by High Sierra.. Mailings should be in your hands by November or December of 2022. There are specific instructions included with the mailing on the options and how to make a payment. For your convenience, some of the instructions are repeated below. In general, for Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 (NS) the fee is $700 per lot. A second adjacent lot for the same owner is $350.

• Ensure through your online banking payment portal that the payee address matches the payment address on your enclosed coupons.
• Verify the payment amount, and make sure to change it to the 2021 NMF dues amount shown on your payment coupon if needed.
• Make payments

• Allow up to 7-10 business days for processing if you choose to use this payment method, as your banking institution’s online bill pay still involves the bank mailing a physical check to the payee, therefore postal service delivery timeframes need to be considered.
• Include the account number on your payment.

• Other information and services (i.e. legal documents, annual budget, calendars (Board of Director Meetings, Account History, etc.) are available on the High Sierra website under the Homeowner Portal tab. If you have not registered for the Homeowner Portal (on High Sierra website), send an email request to thenderson@highsierramanagement.com for further assistance. • Lost your payment coupon? You can easily mail your payment to the processing center without a coupon to the below address but make sure to note your property address and Norchester Subdivision name on the payment. Mail to:

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
If you are currently delinquent, please contact Cathy Dunn at 713-857-1993 to discuss your account. If you are in a financial position preventing you from paying the prior NMF Dues in full by the due dates noted, please contact Cathy Dunn at 713-857-1993 prior to January 31st or May 31st to avoid additional fees, and she will do whatever possible to assist you in a plan to accommodate your needs.
